Rate for Labor
Our rate for all professional technology services is:
$65 per Hour
This rate applies to the technician’s time, diagnostics, and hands-on service for every service category we offer.
Billing Policy
We ensure fair billing practices with the following structure:
First Hour Minimum:
The first hour of service, regardless of the time spent, is charged the full amount.
Subsequent Billing:
After the first hour, time is billed in 15-minute intervals.
Professional Labor Services Covered
The hourly rate covers the technician's time spent performing the technical work necessary to resolve issues and build solutions. This includes, but is not limited to:
Computer Support:
System Assessment, Optimization, and Tune-Ups.
Virus and Malware Remediation.
Operating System (OS) Troubleshooting and Software Configuration.
Setup and Integration of basic devices (e.g., printers, external drives, Wi-Fi connectivity).
Data Backup and Transfer assistance.
Development & Design:
Web design and application building and integration.
Cloud service connection and deployment.
3D Modeling & CAD/CAM design execution and fabrication preparation.
Artificial Intelligence workflow setup and tool integration.
General IT Tasks:
Account and credential setup.
Email and general productivity software configuration.
Diagnosis and repair of local network issues.
Exclusions and Recurring Costs
The hourly rate covers professional labor only. It DOES NOT cover the purchase or renewal costs of necessary third-party items or recurring services. These exclusions include, but are not limited to:
Replacement Hardware:
(e.g., hard drives, RAM, routers, motherboards, cables, peripherals).
Software Licensing:
(e.g., Operating System licenses, anti-virus subscriptions, specialized utility software).
Recurring Service Agreements:
This covers per/user fees, automated cloud backups, and any other ongoing, third-party service costs.
These third-party costs are always communicated to you and billed separately with your full approval.
Dedicated Business Services
While the hourly rate applies to technical labor, businesses seeking ongoing support require a defined contract that could potentially incorporate the recurring third-party costs listed above.
